Who is behind HeroHubs

My name is Ranieri Vannozzi and I have been writing code since way back in 2008. I have worked on banking and payment platforms, on production management systems for industry, on high-volume multichannel contact centers and on loyalty programs, sometimes as a developer and sometimes as the technical lead of a team. Today I work as a freelancer, mostly on cloud and serverless architectures on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with Java, Kotlin and Node.js on the backend and Nx, Angular and TypeScript on the frontend.

Why I write

I write because putting something down in words is the most honest way to find out whether I have really understood it. Almost every article starts from a question I ran into on a project: a tool to evaluate before adopting it, an architectural choice to defend in front of a client, a piece of AI news that promises a lot and that I want to test to see what is left afterwards. When something has been useful to me, I try to tell it in a way that is useful to whoever runs into it next, and to fix it firmly in my own mind.

What you will find here

Articles in English and Italian on development, architecture, artificial intelligence and the way projects are organised, deliberately not too long, because as we all know attention is in short supply these days. The goal is not to exhaust a topic but to open a reflection, go beyond the announcement and leave readers with the cues to explore it further.
